Report: Kuwait’s min sees oil demand restoring in several months
MOSCOW, Aug 12 (PRIME) -- Demand for oil is at an acceptable level and will rise in the next few months, Kuwait’s Oil Minister Khaled Al-Fadhel told local newswire Kuna on Monday.
“Al-Fadhel said that international oil markets indicators remain virtually unchanged and that global oil demand is acceptable and must recover in the next few months despite a recent decline of oil prices and reassessment of global economic problems, which influences market stability negatively,” the newswire reported.
The official said that the prices must increase as repairs on refineries are to be completed, and new refineries in Asia and the Middle East will be launched in October–December.
